This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

The manufacturer of Sunbrella fabrics, Glen Raven Inc., provides a 5 year warranty on their furniture grade fabric effective from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the solution-dyed acrylic fabric that has become unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. In the event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable. This warranty does not cover our labor or freight related to replacement. Sunbrella is known throughout the industry as the best outdoor fabric available. Length is measured from the top of the rod to the bottom of the drapery. Remember to allow space above the floor when measuring length.

Drapes are available in several different widths measured in inches.

Our tie backs are 3" wide by 29" and made from identical fabric. These are very simple double fabric rectangles with a plastic ring stitched on each side that can be connected to a cup hook, or eliminated if you want to tie as a bow.
